The concrete will reek havoc on your pH while it leaches out alkaline. You will need to soak it and rinse it many times before it becomes close to neutral. Ad it will always slowly affect pH. Unless you seal the hell out of it. Check with some some the other day background threads for more info...

If cleaned well I won't be an issue. The bottom will be able to hold most anything - it holds all the weight and pressure of the water. The only thing is the pumps and converting them bc of the salt

Look up plywood aquarium. The issue you run into is the amount of force the water pushes on the wood. But wooden aquarium have been done

The 1 inch rule is not the best guide. First use their full grown sizes, not how big they are now. The only thing I would keep in the small tank is the platy and danio. The pleco and Raphael both need large tanks. That nitrate is bc there are too many fish making too much waste for your tiny...

Sounds like swim bladder to me. Without knowing the rest it sounds like your tank is way way over stocked.
