Ok so here is an update I have stocked it with 2 angels
7 cories
9 neon tetras
1 balloon ram. (She was not expected!)
1 gold nugget Pleco (will remove if gets too big)
I want to add a school of hatchets but am not sure if it will be overcrowded aquavisor says with that I will be 120% stocked...
I have a fighter doing that exact thing she is the strongest of my fighters and she has been like this since birth even when kept alone in a 20l and I have bred her to. So I think it's just a bit of an odd thing I kept her because I love the colour change but her babies never did it.
So I have just sold all my fancy goldfish and got permission from my dad to heat the tank it's a 250l and is going to be planted with all Amazonian plants and fish I was thinking about 3 rams 2 angels a large school of neon tetras (they are feeders at work so I'll just restock if they angel eats...
I've had one male betta with 2 female bettas in a 30l planted before and the only issue was the females where aggressive to each other so the 3 of them where moved to a 65l community
Not entirely we live in the middle of qld and we are in a huge drought and I haven't even nearly run out of water as for keeping it clean all that is in there is midges so the fish eat them.
Oh ya they have the heater filter and all I'm raising end lee fry in it. But I am planning on selling them next week so as soon as the go the other fry go in
What if I was to remove half of the fry after a week and place that half in the fry tank and I will watch the ones in with the parents and If they get eaten I will still be able to sell half. Sound good?
