And here are my two angels in the hospital tank. You can clearly see (even if the pics are bad!) the damaged gill. They are currently on Melafix and Pimafix because they seem very healthy except for the gills, and if I see that they begin to be weird, I will switch to a more radical treatment.

Thanks for replying! Do you have an opinion on Pimafix combined with Melafix? They seem a little bit softer for the fish, and I could treat the main tank too with a smaller dose as it doesn't alter the bacterial filter or the plants. Will the operculas (thanks for the correction) grow back? Dominic
