Picked up a Red Empress and an Orange shoulder yesterday at lfs

My ob peacock spit her fry today first time for me just have a few questions. Should I leave the mamma in the tank with them or should I move her? Second I have read to feed them 3 times a day should I just ground some flakes up to dust or should I go by some specific food?

Lfs had a new shipment of German red peacock males today. Grabbed one I have been looking for some red for my tank and I think he is going to turn out pretty nice. Got him in a grow out tank for the time being before introducing him to my show tank.

I was going to post in the "post your cichlid setup link"but it keeps crashing my app. So I started my own. My current setup includes a 75g all male tank a 29g female/juvenile/1 ob peacock who can't get along in main tank, and a 10g quarantine tank. I will post video of all three below.
