Can I use just any silicone on a DIY co2 to seal the caps for it

I setup DIY co2 with three 2 liter bottles with a air stone today I got a glass diffuser and can't get it to work! It will work if I shake the bottles it like don't have enough pressure how can I fix these?

Just setup my 55gal plant tank. I have a few plant no fish yet. I know to much co2 bad for fish But can you have to much co2 for plants

I just set up my 55 gal plant tank, I done test on everything and all good but ph high it show as a yellow color so low it not on the scale with my test kit. Is this a problem and what can I do to fix it? Thanks
