My Panda Cories bred in my community tank?

I was just looking at my fish tank this morning (29 gallon) and I noticed a little panda cory swimming with my a couple of my other cories. I was very excited in a way to see this because Panda Cories are one of my favorite fish and these things sell for around $8 at the pet store. This is the...

Would this be good stocking for a 29 gallon tank?

Hey all I just added my shrimp and my fish didn't attack them! The shrimp would freak out when they got near one of my fish but the fish didn't do anything to them. :) Now they've all been finding cool hiding places. Well, except for one xD he is just swimming to the top of the tank and freaking...

Why aren't my otos eating the algae in my tank?

I hope so! If I get anything positive comes out of all this algae I will be happy.

Why aren't my otos eating the algae in my tank?

I put the algae wafers in there for the cories, as they really don't eat that much algae. I haven't seen the otos on the algae wafers at all.

Why aren't my otos eating the algae in my tank?

I don't think I'll have a problem with the algae running out, I had barely any algae in my tank until I started dosing and added the extra light (which I started on Sunday and I put less than the recommended amount) and BAM my tank had a ton of algae in it by Tuesday. Hopefully I will be able to...

Why aren't my otos eating the algae in my tank?

Its a 29 gallon tank. I already have a betta, 3 platies, a guppy (small), 6 glowlight tetras, 3 panda cories (plan on getting 2 more and they're always quite small), and plus the 2 otos and 2 mystery snails. I'm getting a shipment of 10 cherry shrimp that will hopefully be coming in on Wednesday...

Why aren't my otos eating the algae in my tank?

Yeah, they do seem pretty useless. I'll definitely keep an eye out for them to see if they are eating any algae. I think they must be eating some because their stomachs look pretty full. I think I'll go out and get some more sometime next week.

Why aren't my otos eating the algae in my tank?

It's mostly brown and green algae and a little bit of hair algae

Why aren't my otos eating the algae in my tank?

Well I'm new to planted aquariums and when I added an extra 20 watt bulb on my tank and started dosing with liquid carbon I got a huge algae explosion. I realized I was leaving my light on too long and I need to get some more plants so they can get a lot of nutrients instead of the algae but I...

    Mystery Snail Habits

I noticed my 2 mystery snails that I got on Sunday are always huddling up near each other. I haven't seen them on top of each other but are mystery snails just sociable with each other or do you think they could male and female and possibly mating or something?

Would this be good stocking for a 29 gallon tank?

Is there anything I can do to increase the survival rate besides what I already have done?

Would this be good stocking for a 29 gallon tank?

My tank has lots of hiding places and I've seen a lot of fry hiding in my plants so I think that if fry can go about without them all being eaten then I think the shrimp will also be able to hide Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Aquarium Advice mobile app

Would this be good stocking for a 29 gallon tank?

My betta is pretty docile, it was a little timid with the platies at first but other than that he's been good Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Aquarium Advice mobile app

Would this be good stocking for a 29 gallon tank?

Alright thank you! I planned on getting 5 panda cory cats when I got them but I only had enough money for 3 at that time. Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Aquarium Advice mobile app

Would this be good stocking for a 29 gallon tank?

I currently have 3 platies, 1 guppy, 1 betta, 6 glowlight tetras, 3 panda corydoras, and 2 mystery snails. I plan on adding 10 cherry shrimp, 2 ottos, a bamboo shrimp or thai micro crab, and 3 African Dwarf Frogs. How well do you think these will all get along and would this overstock the tank?
