Yes! Anything of the classic mopars make me happy! :) Hubby has a '66 Ford so we like the car show circuit...here was the Bird I saw:

1970 Challenger R/T. Or, simply for the obnoxious value, the 1970 Plymouth Super Bird. Saw one once...kinda felt like I'd seen a unicorn. ?

Got the light for my new tank in the mail...hoping to start building it this weekend. :) Excuse the stickers and whatnot still on it...I bought it and had surgery afterward, so I wasn't able to play with it at all. Torture!

That's a great idea! I might have to try it on some of our slower rides this summer. The triumph wasn't exactly built with passenger comfort in mind, so we'll see how that goes. ;) Someday I'll have a bike of my own...☺️

Beautiful pics! I wish my hubs had a touring bike...it's so hard to take pics on the back of a scrambler. Love the sunset!!

Well, my musical palate is broad...but metal is right up there in my book. ? Not fond of newer stuff though. Give me older Slipknot, Korn, Disturbed, Avenged Sevenfold and stuff like that.

:( I'm sorry. You've really worked hard to get him well and keep him comfortable. I think you've done all you can. I agree, it doesn't look promising. Poor little guy...

Do lots of water changes...doesn't take much for things to get out of line in a tank that small. Do you have a heater in there with him? If not, adding one will perk him up. He's probably adjusting to the new environment...hopefully he goes back to his old self when you return him to his tank...
No male Betta if you're going to have male guppies. Chances are good you'll run into aggression issues. Bettas don't tolerate other brightly colored fish in their environment very well...resembles another male Betta to them.

Haha it was intense...I'm a Chicago fan myself, but living in Wisco makes announcing that dangerous. ;) Good to meet you too!

I'm really not sure what that is. I've never experienced anything like that from maracyn, but who knows. I'd keep an eye out and if you see more and post an ID thread.

Yep, low light. I've got Java fern, anubias, Java moss and some sad looking wisteria at the moment. Was hoping to try an Amazon sword with this tank, maybe.
Diffuser grid...gonna have to google that!
Looked at the satellite plus on Amazon...it's a little more than I was looking to spend but...
I'm slowly gathering equipment for a 20 high and was wondering if anyone could suggest a decent hood/light. I used silk plants for a lot of years and have since traded them in for low light live ones. I don't think I need anything super fancy but definitely would appreciate some input! Looking...
The initial set up can be expensive, but oh man is it worth it! Honestly there's nothing I would rather do than be in the blind lol. In my experience and area, getting set up for rifle hunting is a bit cheaper than if you'd like to bow hunt. I plan to give archery season a try try this fall...
Actually goldfish are not live bearers. They are an egg laying fish.
Was this tank cycled? If not, you need to carefully monitor your ammonia, nitrite, and nitrates to avoid harm to your fish. Do you have a liquid test kit?
That said, it's not uncommon for a new fish to hide. It's a new...
Good to hear that his symptoms improved a little and that you were able to find Maracyn two. If there's something bacterial going on hopefully that'll do the trick. Keep us posted--I really hope you can get him eating again. That'll be an encouraging sign!

I've got 7 as well...can't say I've seen them do much housekeeping either but they are fun to watch anyway. My Betta has tried to nibble at the smaller ones a time or two, but he's slow and lazy enough that he gives up after a couple tries.
