    Salt bath?

    I once actually used the lid of my tank (no lights or anything attached to it) and wedged it into the tank to keep some of my fish away from the aggressive one temporarily. Maybe try to find a storage tub lid that will fit in there for the time being.

    No more fish are dieing :)

    I'm not 100% sure on this but I'm pretty sure scrubbing everything down and letting it dry out actually kills the good bacteria you just worked so hard to establish. I read somewhere that to deal with this algae its best to do little bits at a time (water changes) and possibly switch to LED...

    So in my 10 gallon tank that holds my black moor while a larger tank is cycling, there is a lot of brown "goo" built up on the lip of the filter and also all over the fake plant I have in there. Is this safe to remove or should I leave it? I'm not too sure whether it is good bacteria or...
