Okay, I took the zebra danios out of the 5 gal and grabbed one of the filters from the 55 and stuck it in there instead. About a week you guys said? How will I know it's done...should I be testing the water for a week? Maybe what I will do is when I get the 20 gal all ready to put fish in...

Ohhhhhh...that would be really, really easy! What about this?? Since I have four bio wheels running on the 55...could I also switch out one or two of the bio wheels to the 20 gal and replace the clean ones from the new filter (which I haven't gotten yet) I have been using Cycle with the danios...
