    Def diatoms. It's caused by excess silica in the water. As they consume the silica and the concentration drops, the diatoms will dissipate as we'll.

    That is def Cyanobacteria... Good luck with getting rid of it... Reduce dissolved nutrients and you'll likely need to dose with erythromycin at 200mg/10gallons for a while to get rid of it

    Elodea Plant discoloured- not looking healthy

    What's the temp in your aquarium? Elodea is typically a cooler water plant. I've used it in tanks 76F and above and it discolors and starts shedding itself

    Blue-green Cyanobacteria (a.k.a. Blue-green algae) is a slime type outbreak. If left in an aquarium in overwhelming amounts, it will foul the water and kill your fish.

    Pufferfish are barely compatible with one another, let alone others.

    Sounds like you might be dealing with some blue-green Cyanobacteria... Usually an indicator of poor water conditions and/or high dissolved organic waste. Pictures would be helpful in the diagnosis though...
