Mollies also need a 30 gallon minimum. I'd stick with the tetras, kuhlis & shrimp for a 20 gallon, but even then you might be overstocked depending on if we're talking UK or US gallon. I'm not sure what ADF are? Peace ?

You'll see a big difference in their behaviour if you're got more than the bare minimum. But hey, you can ignore my advice, but my 20 golden pencilfish would tell you the same if they could speak.

The plants yes, they like it heavily planted. The size & tank mates not so much. 10 US gallons is only 45 litres & a pair need 60 litres minimum. Also Otto's like moderate flow & that'd probably be too much for the gouramis :(
