    20% weekly. Even if the waters fine. So easy to do compared to a larger tank. I'll also add a few drops of trace elements weekly, add a little filter feeding mix, a little calcium if required and clean/ change filter sponges if required. Sent from my iPhone using Aquarium Advice

    Red algae?

    Looks like a bad case of Cyanobacteria. I have it. It tends to go away when water is changed. It thrives off bad conditions. You can't get rid of it easily but you can control it by doing regular changes. Sent from my iPhone using Aquarium Advice
