Adding 4 panda cories to our tank?

Panda cories don't get as big as your average cories. I have had mine for six months now and they are half the size of my peppered cories.

    Fiddler Crab

We have a fiddler crab in our 90 gallon. She has cories, tetras, rasboras, angelfish, loaches and snails for tankmates. As long as you provide them with a way and a spot for them to get out of the water, they should be fine.

    Middle tank plant ideas needed

I'd go with a red tiger lotus. It will add some color and the large lobed leaves wull add contrast and texture.

    White patches on Corys

You can treat the cories at full strength with the furan 2. I had to treat 2 of my 9 a couple months ago and they were fine.

    White patches on Corys

While the fish are sick and you ar treating them, I would leave the light off or on low, so it is less stressful for them. Don't forget to remove any carbon from your filter while treating with antibiotics.

    White patches on Corys

I would do a 50% water change and treat with something like Furan2.

It looks like a fungus or bacterial infection. I would treat them asap.

Predatory fish for 240 litres/64 gallons

If you cannot ship, then you should be checking into what your local fish store has available and make an educated decision from what selection they have. Most common are convicts, firemouth, jack dempsy and severum.

    Lecrae MIA

I have had a marbled crayfish now for about two weeks. She is in a 90 gallon tank. She has been MIA for the past four days now. Before she disappeared, she had a little cubby set up as her den under part of the wood. Today when I did a water change, I picked up the wood thinking maybe she...

To Carbon, or Not to Carbon. That is the Question...

I'd run purigen in my canister before carbon. I think carbon is a coin toss. Some peeps won't run a tank without it. Some people only use it to remove meds from the water column.

    Emergency: Aquarium Rescue!

Wouldn't the gasses be removed when vacuuming the sand? I suppose with expensive livestock, you don't really want to take that risk.

    What is your Dream Tank!?

180-200 gallon freshwater south american community, with a large shoal of cories, rummy nose, diamond tetras, a dozen angelfish and keyhole cichlids. Throw in a zigzag eel, some singapore bamboo shrimp some marble hatchets and ghost catfish (so basically what I have now, just on a larger scale)!

Medications can cause sterilization? I did not know that. These guys are about 1.5 years old and have only been medicated with victoria green for ich. I think I am going to see if I can get the other guy back. We actually gave him to a friend from church who also took a few more of the first...
