I have 2 tanks and i lost a fish in 1 two days ago and lost a fish in the other today, i also lost a fish about 2 weeks ago in the second tank as well. My ammonia and nitrites ar zero ph is 6.8 and nitrates are 20ppm in the tank where ive lost 2 fish.....this all seems normal to me. Im testing...

I just noticed today my rubberlip pleco is a dark grey almost black color. Hes always been a light grey since i got him. Hes still a baby only 2 inches, do they get darker with age? Or is he stressed or something? All other fish are behaving normally.... Sent from my GT-P5210 using Aquarium...

Actually i think mine are habrosus. They were just labeled pygmy corys at the store. But their markings look more like habrosus. Theyre definately active little guys! Sent from my GT-P5210 using Aquarium Advice mobile app

Thanks. I'm not getting any new addition until the tanks done cycling. Just looking for ideas :) I do have a 30 gal that I will be setting up to start a fish less cycle soon. So the plan is to eventually relocate there.

Corydoras and nerite snails. I thought they might be the snails eggs....but they seem to appear when then the snails are not nearby? And they disappear too. Strange....

I'm looking for suggestions for new fish. I currently have 4 corydoras and 1 tiny pleco. They are all peaceful together but mostly hang at the bottom. So I'm looking for new small fish that will be peaceful with them but swim around more. Thanks!
