    restarting my planted tanks

Many years ago, lightings levels vs ferts vs co2 could be difficult to gauge. Now a days with LEDs, it's almost impossible (for me at least). What I can say: That light fixture is almost 1/2 the wattage as mine. 35.8w vs 60w. Your tank is also deeper than mine. CO2 may or not be...

Just letting it grow in. Foreground is starting to fill in as well. Purchased some algae eaters to help with the algae. Currently in QT: 3 ABN plecos and 6 otos. Plus some MTS.

PFS and no fert tabs. I did use Eco complete many years ago, but didn't see any benefit and disliked the color. Quite a few substrate products on the market now that seem worth trying.

Just letting it grow. Still have plenty of plants spread out to allow them to grow faster. I did add some Trident fern as I think it's a pretty cool looking plant. And finally, all my tissue cultures are finally converted. A couple of them took several weeks. Namely the Rotala wallichii...

Best place to buy live plants?

The best place would be from another hobbyist or local club. Have you tried your local petsmart or petco? They typically carry nana and java fern.

CO2 is up and running fine now. Using one of Purrbox's (Old forum member) CO2 counters: Here is the Glasso (Has just a tiny amount of green in it. Not sure it's gonna make it) Lobelia cardinalis 'Small Form': Topped the Rotala yesterday: The Bacopa caroliniana is starting to grow. As you...

Thanks for the info. I think I'm set on plants. Found someone selling a nice amount from another forum. Quite expensive, but I need plants. I have joined a couple FB groups as well.
