I'm updating this one because I always appreciate knowing what happens. I crushed food for her for a few weeks and made sure she got to eat the bits. She managed to put on some weight/size and spit the stone out I guess. One day it was just gone. She's great now :)

Update: Figured I'd go back to this to update in case anyone else was dealing with this. Shortly afterwards, another rasbora got the cloudy fin and immediately I stuck it in the hospital tank with tetracycline. Cleared up in two days (I did the full treatment) and the fish seems fine to this...
