Ive got about 20 hygrophila pylosperma plants in my 15g tank with 3 peapuffers. They are not too expensive and dont need special waterstats or special care. Besides they offer place to hide for the peapuffers and other fish. Personaly me i'd definitely take these.

I already noticed that and ive got 2tanks for the alother fish. So if its not working out for ever they can dodge they puffers by getting a new home .
