Acan lord

Hi, I’ve seen mixed messages regarding the aggression of acan lord. I’ve seen some say that they have very short stingers similar to the open brain and can then be placed pretty close to other corals. As well as I’ve seen some say that they are extremely aggressive and will throw their stomach on anything nearby and digest them. I know that acan echinatas are aggressive but what about the lord?

All Acan corals (Acanthastrea) should be treated as aggressive. Yes some are more aggressive than others but that's like saying "would you rather be bitten by a tiger shark or a great white shark? " Both are going to hurt....REALLY bad.
