Acclimating from QT to the main tank

My regal tang is almost finished with her QT period (4 weeks). So, I was wondering how I should go about acclimating her to the main tank. Of course I know all about drip acclimation, but what about floating her in the main tank first? Is that necessary, or could I just start dripping her?

Yes, you should adjust the temperature first, but that is easily done with heaters in the different tanks, simply adjust the heaters so the tanks are the same temp

Ok. I think the temp in the main tank is slightly higher than QT. And the QT is the only one with a heater, so I guess I'll just turn up that heater to match the main.
