adding chemicals to the tank

well i when to the pet store and i found some chemicals that i think would be helpful to the tank but i do not know how i can test for them. they areKent Marine Tech I and on the bottlle is says that a test kit will not be able to read it in the water. is this true? and the other one is Kent Marine Strontium and Molybdenum how would i test for that? or do i just add them to what the directions say (or a little less?) thank for your help

If you do regular water changes there is no need to add iodine to the tank, more than enough is added through foods and water changes, IMO.

With test kits for each chemical, however again, just as with the iodine, if you do regular water changes, it is not likely you need to add any to your tank.

who makes thee test kit i do not thing seachem dose.

SeaChem makes a test for all three, I think, Iodine and Strontium for sure. Salifert should also make tests for them.
