I have just introduced 2 aquatic plants to a new aquarium. Around this time, my water has become somewhat murky. Could this be the cause? And what could be the solution? The water has been conditioned with Stress Coat and has no fish as of yet. It is also very hard water which I am about to treat to lower the PH.

Thanks :)

Could be a bacterial bloom. Without more stats on the tank it's hard to tell.

pH, gH, kH, nitrate, phosphate, how much light, how many gallons, how long has the tank been set up.

i don't mean to sound short, but we already answered a similar question by you in a previous thread. it's just a bacterial bloom, nothing to worry about. i had it when i "restarted/redesigned" my 29g. it's completely normal. leave it alone to run its course and it will clear up on it's own. you need to leave your filter and tank alone for a while so that the bacteria population can thin itself out to equilibrium. the plants will take care of themselves for a while, just make sure that you test ALL your parameters (the ones rex mentioned above) before adding fish.
