Bala shark mouth stuck open and isn't swimming right

Hello! We got a Bala shark on Saturday (October 28th). Today we noticed that his mouth is stuck open and looks a little funny and he seems to be sinking. He will slowly sink almost to the bottom and then swim back up. I haven't tested the water but all the other fish are healthy. He's in a seventy-five gallon tank.

Look to see if there is something stuck deep in the mouth. Could be gravel.
