I was wondering if people have the banded goby. It looks simliar to a dragon goby but a little bit more colorful. I just picked one up last night and although he is probably getting used to his surroundings I want to make sure mine is behaving ok.
I know they are sand sifters but my guy seems to stay in the water column and picks at teh rock a little and keeps some stuff in his mouth and I can tlel he is cleaning it. but he really has not been on the sand that much.
i recently lost a goby to parasites and I missed the sign b/c he was so light colored I never saw them on him until it was too late. But apparently the fact that he kept swimming up was a sign (and I did not know this) SO I just want to make sure this guy is ok.
