Bloated molly died

I’ve had 4 female Dalmatian mollies that have bloated and died in the last few months.
I’ve tested my water ammonia, nitrates and ph are all good, water temp is perfect too. Just wondering if there’s anything else that would cause it.

What other fish are in the tank and what are the water parameter numbers? Describe your tank size, water maintenance schedule, foods you feed and how long after getting the fish they die.
