Its the beginning of hole in the head. Common in rams.

I'm not the best person to advise on treatment as your profile says you are US based and will have access to different medications than we have available in the UK.

@Andy Sager ?

I'm not sure how the Rams are over in Europe where Aiken is ( regarding hole in the head) but in the states, Rams and most bottom dwelling fish are highly susceptible to internal worms. Some are found in the digestive tract of the fish and some are found in the flesh. The reason for this is that they are raised in outdoor ponds more than in tanks commercially. A pimple like that is usually a sign that the worm is on the move and wants out of the body. The reason they do this is usually either they want to breed or there is an issue with the water quality which they sense and want to find a host in better water.
First things first, let's disqualify it being a water issue. What is your pH, Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrate, Temperature and General Hardness numbers?
How long have you had the fish and what size tank is it in?

Do you have a separate tank you can set up to put the fish in until the worm leaves the fish or the pimple pops?

Let's start there. (y)
