Brand new Via Aqua pump noisy, is this normal??

I just got my 2 new Via Aqua 360 pumps from Dr. Fostersmith and they are farely noisy and I am just wondering if this is normal to be loud at first. Please let me know if this noise will eventually go away once the pump gets worked in.

Like I said Mine was not noisy when I got it.. I would contact either the manufacture or contact Drforstersmith and see what can be done about it..
