Brand SPanking new Penguine 170.

I just got the 170 for my 29gal tank.

Had to take back the filter that was on it previously [ Top Fin 40gal ] because the motor crapped out and was pumping less than 1gal an hour.


I love this new filter, and the BIO-Wheel is something I've drooled over for the longest time.

Only problem with getting a new filter, is the fear of it not matching what you already have cut out in the plastic bit on your glass hood 8O


Luckily it fit just fine as far as the profile went, altho I did need to ad a few inches to the opening on the narrow end

I had one on my 10 gal, when I got rid of my 10 gal I added it to my 55 gal with the Emperor 400. Got plenty of filteration on that one

I own 3 Emperor 400s, 3 Penguin 330s, 2 Penguin 125s, and a Penguin Mini And some dumb Topfin 30, but its on a 10 gallon

I think I remember one person on AA having close to 30 aquariums (a few of them Betta bowls). Who was that...?
