Bought this filter over a week again and been working perfect but today it’s getting bubbles in the bar like trapped air and I can’t get them out , any ideas what to and yes it is low enough at the correct level

There's some air getting from somewhere. Unless you can find the airleak and somehow seal it, I don't see an east fix. You could try holding the filter under the water, twisting and turning to expell the air, but it will just come back. Dies that end cap come off so you can hold it under the water and let the air out and fill with water?

Is it a problem to just let it be?

You could submerse the output and point the flow at the surface.

Bubbles in the spray bar are not an issue that effect performance unless they fill the bar all the way and no water can come through. There appears to be a intake on the outflow piece ( the black thing above the where the water comes out.) That should be adjustable so you can try adjusting that to reduce any air coming into the outgoing water.
You also have the spray bar pointing down so the bubbles your bar is creating when the water splashes into the water may be getting into the intake of the filter. A spray bar should be skimming the surface of the water so in your case, it should be pointed towards the front glass angled slightly down to create a rolling effect in the water. I prefer to have a spray bar on the side of the tank so that the water flows all the way across the tank left to right ( or right to left) rather than back to front. I'm not sure of the filter brand you have but you may even be able to add more water into the tank once the bar is adjusted. Then you can use the air intake knob to create some bubbles in the outgoing water which will help with the oxygenation of the water. (y)
