Is this a snail from an aquarium?
I'm not sure an aquarium is the best place to identify non aquatic snails. You might get lucky that one of our members is local to you and has an interest in native invertebrates, but you might be better reaching out to a local conservation club or a dedicated invertebrate forum. Maybe somewhere like quora has contributers who could identify it.
