Can ich curing solution be place in a FOWLR tank? I do not wish to removes the LR, there is only fishes and LR in the tank, no invert and corals. Can I treat the fish directly at the display tank? If it is possible, how long should I treat? Out of curious, I would like to know whether fishes really can stay in the tank with ich curing solution? :?

no !! any inverts will die more than likly !! you might not have bought any invert but your rock prob came with some type of pod/worm something if not sorry :-(
either pull the rock or the fish imo ya better to pull the fish and leave the rock alone !! now alot disagree with me but im real bad about qt and never have an ick break out !! i believe in using ozone over any uv for this type of control
