cleaner shrimp ratio

what would be a good ratio of cleaner shrimp in a 70gal, ther is one in ther now, when i went too get another on yesterday they where sold out and when the next shipment comes in there going too be 2 for 1 should i get 2 so there will be 3 in my tank or would it be better too just get 1 more and see if the price can get cut in half instead of getting the 2 for 1?

If you can get two for the same price as one shrimp that's a great deal. Having more than two in a 70 gal will not present any negative issues. If anything you will increase the chances of mating.
