Cory fin is chipped and looks like barb is missing please help me figure out what’s happening! Params are good and just put bacteria stuff in

You need to be a bit more specific on what's happening for us to be of any real help. What are your water parameters in numbers. What " bacteria stuff" did you use? Is it the right one for your water's parameters? I see 3 areas of concern on your fish but not one is clear in our picture. Need to post clearer shots of the tail, face and pectoral fin.
