Crab...feed it or get rid of it?

Since I have ID'ed the unknown (he finally showed himself) critter as a crab, and since, due to it's appearance, it is probably predatory, is there any way to safely keep it? I wonder if I kept him (her :? ) well fed, would he be less of a danger to other tank inhabitants? I gave him a piece of krill tonight which he grabbed and retreated back into his hole. Is the crab, assuming he is predatory, a danger to anything other than fish in the tank? I really hate to kill him unless it's absolutely necessary...he's pretty cool to watch and, after all, he was there first .

Well you could always setup a 10 gal tank of his own to live in...

Well...that's a thought. Little devil hasn't bothered anything as far as I can tell yet though. I wonder how often I should feed him? Do all the predatory crabs eat corals? I haven't found anything conclusive on the net about this one yet.
