There is a local lfs about a mile away from me so probably from there. I'm not planning on fully stocking straight away. Going to start of with 6-8 Corydoras and then add more 1-2 weeks time assuming parameters are all good.

Might be worth asking them if they use your local water supply in their tanks and if they have any issues.
Pets at Home for instance use remineralised RO water in all their tanks so all their water wherever you are in the country is identical and may not be anything like the local water supply.
