Dalmatian Molly Sick

One of my dalmatian mollies has a terribly swollen eye and what looks like a hole in its side. Any help???

Pop-eye is usually from either an internal bacterial infection or from a buildup of gas in the water. Judging from the hole, I'd say the fish was either attacked or had/has a bacterial infection. It will need a separate hospital tank to be treated so that if it were from attack, the attacker won't be there or if it's from bacteria, the medication does not disturb the biological filter of the main tank.
