Dusk and Dawn Lighting

I read it is good to have dusk and dawn lighting so as not to freak out the fish, is this necessary? I have moon lights running 24/7 and my main lights dont turn on till noon and off by 11pm, by that time the room is plenty bright from daylight through the window. Does it matter? isnt the room light kinda like dawn? Or should I use my 03 and blue light as dusk and dawn?

I have 3 timers goin...
atintics go on @ 7 am the 10,000K go on at 8 AM then the moonlichts come on @ 7 PM then 10,000K go off @ 730 PM then aintics go off at 830 PM and then moonlights off at 11 PM...

So I should do a dusk and dawn? instead of just on and off? my schedule is a little differnt i turn lights on around noon and off by 11 or 12 at night ( im still up around then so i like to seee my tank)

Any particular reason? I'm pretty sure the moon doesn't switch off at 11pm LOL

the moon does move, fish aren't in some sort of light ALL the time !
