On one of the leaves of my anarchis, there is this almost gelatin like blob. I got the best look I could...I thought I saw little balls in it, like it might be eggs, but then again, my eyes have been known to play tricks on me.

So, these are the fish I have more than one of....bronze corys - not sure of the sexes...hard to tell with cories. I also have a school of neon tetras. In addition, I have a few unidentified snails that hitchiked (to use a salty term  ) on my plants. There are definitly like 3 or 4 of the same type of snail.

Do any of the above lay eggs in a jelly-like blob?? If yes, which ones? If not, what do you think it could be?

snails do, its a for the little snails that come with the live plants they lay clear like jelly with little white dots, bronze corys lay a yellow/golden patch of eggs mine only laid there eggs on the glass and neons drop there eggs all over the place.

yep. I agree. Blobs are characteristic of snails. Messy creatures.

On another note--nice to see you back E-Cat. I haven't seen any messages from you for a while. I was in an EXCELLENT fish store today (Hanover Fish, in Hanover NJ) and saw my first electric catfish in person. They were also selling an electric eel!!!!!!! How crazy is that? Those things get absolutely huge (I've seen one that's about 4.5 feet). Actually, some other amazing fish there.... puffer species (both FW and SW) I'd never seen before, funky lungfish, huge bumblebee groupers, rays, sharks, loads of African cichlids. And I bought myself a queen arabesque pleco. Beautiful. .........But off topic.

Have you moved to the SW forum?

So do you think I should get rid of the eggs? I already have enough snails in my 10 gal!

If you don't want more snails, yes, get rid of the eggs.
