It's fine. Quite common, you don't need to do anything. With no male they won't be fertilised or hatch. She may try and care for them, she may eat them. Let us know what happens.
 
Is it best to get rid of them I heard it spikes ammonia?
If you have other fish in the tank, especially scavengers, they will eat them, so no worries. They are going to be very small so you would have to have her in very little water in order for them to create that much ammonia that fast. In a cycled tank, it should not be a problem. You can test the ammonia in a couple of days to confirm this. (y)
