Fertilising plants during cycle?

I am in the 5th week of the cycle on a 6gal/23ltr tropical tank. ph7.1, temp 26deg C. 5 cardinal tetras and 1 clown loach. 1 large piece of driftwood and a bubble wall.

I added plants yesterday: 1 java fern, 1 anubias and 2 potted crypts.

Can I add the fertiliser at this point

The only other additive I use on the tank is 5ml Cycle product at each 20%w/c.

I don't see why you couldn't have fertilizer, but whats your lighting?

The lighting is just the Eclipse System setup, full spec daylight fluorescent which is only 8watts. Chose the low/moderate light plants and will possibly increase when I change the tube.
