Fish slowly dying

Yeah, that's been the problem around the world with not having good medicines available or having Vets that deal with fish diseases. To me, and take this with a grain of salt because I have access to them and Vets, using the " next best thing" is like saying "Since I don't have 4x4 sterile pad for my 8" cut, I'll use this corner of my dirty shirt and some scotch tape. " ;) The odds of it working is low. Who ever made up those rules about availability must not have been a fish keeper because it's extremely difficult to cure some of the diseases out there today with just salt and clean water. :^s But I digress. :( It might be worth it to sacrifice one of the sick fish if the store or some biologist can put the fish under a microscope so that you know what to do for the rest of them.
Hopefully some good will come from what you can use. (y) In the future, I'd use the long term quarantine period.

Well, you have a problem. ;) The good meds usually suppress the nitrifying bacteria so treating the main tank may cause an alternate issue. The fact that there are new fish ( your old ones) coming down with disease ( assuming your water parameters are still correct so not the cause) is a sign that the Sterbai may have had other issues that they brought into the main tank that we haven't discussed ( or figured on). Another issue is that with all the rocks and decorations, if you don't know how much water they are displacing, you may be under medicating or over medicating causing yet another potential issue. So your conundrum is potentially losing all the fish and needing to sterilize the tank and starting over or your fish hopefully recovering with whatever you do try. If it helps, it's a common problem that many have gone through. ( Even yours truly many, many, many ,many years ago. :( ) It's the potential end result for those who don't quarantine new fish long enough and part of the why I wrote that post about using hospital and quarantine tanks properly. It's Russian Roulette to the Nth degree. :(
With that, I'd get that Baktopur as quickly as possible and follow the directions ( because I have never used that medication) as listed and hope for the best. (y)
I was basically done with this and now a fish has weird eyes.. again something new..

In your pics, the fish appears to have the beginnings of pop-eye and with the history of the other fish's disease, it's more than likely to be bacterial in nature than a gas issue. At this point, if you have access to methylene blue or malachite green, you could use it as a dip to help oxidize what is present on the fish but truthfully, I would use it in a hospital tank so that it's constantly present because as a dip, once the fish is out of the dip, new bacteria can re-infect the fish. Neither of these is safe for plants so you can't treat your main tank with either. Not much else you can do besides throwing money into the tank on medications not designed to work on that type of bacteria. :(

Yeah i have m-blue, for how long is the question. Since people started drinking it as a health drink.

Although the dosage is low In the meds i do have.

But yeah probably another side effect of whatever bacteria is present..

Typical in fish meds is 2.303% solution. If that's what you have, the dose is 5 ml per 37.85 liters of water. You'll have to do the math if you use less water. ;) I would also suggest that if you have the fish out of the tank to do a dip, find something else to put them in instead of back into the tank. And you were probably right. I reached out to a koi doctor and he also came to the conclusion (email with videos and pics) that it was a bacterial infection. They are also sending antibiotics.

The fishstore said bacterial was un likely and wanted me to use octocil.

The vet also said is should do it in my main tank, despite the risk of dying bb. (Also pretty expensive since the tank is large).

Do you have any advice to support my cycle? The bad ones are probably in my filter, so taking one of during treatment probably wont help.

My Mommy was right, "I shoulda been a Doctor!!!" Sounds like that fish store was looking for sales over actually curing your fish. ( Most likely because either A) they don't carry anything that can actually treat what you have or B) they really don't know their diseases. It's hard for me to which is correct. )

There really isn't anything you can use during the treatment to boost the BB but make sure you follow the Vet's instructions for length of treatment and water change amounts and frequencies during the treatment. After the treatment is done, if you can get some filter material from an established " clean" tank, that would help revitalize the bb bed OR even using a quality bacteria in a bottle can help ( but established filter material is better.
