Flowering Anarchis

The anarchis in my pond grows wild, and when part of it stuck above water a small flower grew. I was just wondering how often these plants would grow these flowers.

Very infrequent, at least in my pond. 6 years or so with the stuff, seen flowers 2-3 times. I may have missed it other times, who knows. NEVER had one flower in any of my tanks.
