Found missing yellow goby and green chromis

About 6 weeks ago I got two yellow gobies from the local pet shop. I added them to the tank and thought nothing more about it till I noticed that I only really ever saw one of them. I can tell the two apart becaues one was and still is larger than the other. I only ever saw the larger of the two. I hoped the second smaller one was just always hiding in the back of the tank out of sight but I kind of thought it might have become food for a much larger PBT. or had been stressed todeath by a blue devil damsel.

Well then about a week ago I noticed something else strange. I was missing a green chromis...

Well today I am happy to report I found both of them. Apparently they both had been taking a vacation in my sump. I was working around the sump tonight when I saw what looked like a green chromis in the sump. So i started taking out some LR that I have in my sump for extra bio filtration and low and behold I find the small yellow goby in there aswell.

I bet the goby was loving life in there. Given the LR is loaded with large pods.

Very cool. I tore apart a ciclid tank one time that had a sump on it. Much to my surprise I found a fish in there I did not even know I had. He must of went over the overflow when he was a fry and then lived on leftover food. It scared me when I first seen him because all my fish had been accounted for, he was extra.
