Golden Pearls?

golden_pearls.jpg

"Golden Pearls is a revolutionary new larval diet that has successfully replaced live Artemia nauplii in marine fish hatcheries in Europe. A patented processing technique (agglomeration of micro-encapsulated particles) resulting in feed particles or "clusters" that resemble raspberries (under the microscope). Golden Pearls have tiny air pockets that keep the feed particles in the water column, not on the bottom of the tank. Golden Pearls mimic live brine shrimp nauplii."

I have heard great things about this stuff from a Sps keeper in Cornwall and he says that he has seen in creased growth in his corals since starting to use it, he uses the 5-50 micro size stuff.

I know ive been asking alot about foods at the mo i just think that a varied diet is best and the way to go.

Just wondering if any of you guys use it for you sps corals or for anthias?

I was thinking of adding to my fooding regime which consists of a 1 litre jug with some Ocean nutrition flake formulas 1,2 and reef. And cyclop-eeze when it gets here. Which is then filled with ro water and kept stirred with an air pump and then dosed to the tank for 5 mins for 24 hours at which point it replaced and the cycle starts again.

Any help appreciated,
Andrew

humm i night have to get some but i will start using it very sparingly, just like the smallest of pinches each day.

do you think it will be okay in my feeding regime?
