Goldfish has ICK

I am almost positive my goldfish has ICK, just want to confirm it. I am not going to treat it or whatever so I don't need medication info. Just dont want to get rid of him unless I know he is about to die.

Well, he is in a neighbors vase and I have two zebra danios acclimating

I am confused, you are wanting to confirm whether your goldfish has ICH, a deadly disease if not treated, and you do not want to get RID of him unless he is dying???

If he has ICH he will die, it is just when that you need to ask yourself. But a brief look at the pic, to me it looks like he has finrot, which is just as deadly.
