Green terror laid eggs

So my terror laid eggs . I have no idea what to do. Last time my angle laid eggs she ate them i dont want that to happen with my terror. They are being so agressive toward the other fish to keep them away.. any advice?

Maybe you can put some netting over the whole thing so they can eat them ? Netting tiny like your fish nets , there is a breeding box you can get from petsmart that has the netting breeding box , you can take the netting off and you can put it over that , than later after the fish hatch you can put the netting back on the breeding box and keep the babys in the breeding [box looks like this !ATTACH]223971[/ATTACH]

Well i think she ended up eating them or she is guarding them in the pink monsters mouth .. but thx for the info on the box ill have to get one..

And if there is no male in the tank with her then the eggs are just gonna turn white and she'll end up eating them.

Just curious as to why your water is so murky?

Okay for starters, I would do a 100% wc. If you are keeping up with your water changes then the tank for sure won't be cloudy. How are you checking your water parameters? If you aren't I would get an api master test kit. Also get a bottle of prime and dose the full tank volume with each wc. You should really worry about your tank condition before the fry because your fish will not live long if your water quality is bad. Looks like it may be a bacterial bloom but I won't know for certain because its a different kind of color then normal. Please check your parameters

I was told they were green terror when i bought them .. but someone said they were jack dempseys
. The tank is cloudy right now because they wont let me stick my hand in there to scrub the tank and vac .. thx for ur advice tho i already know whats worng with the water .. tteating it now.. any advice on moving the fry ?

The bottem pic.. the male has more color.. the female is darker i got them from the same tank so i think there the same .

I think you should remove your Oscar soon. Either the dempseys will kill him or he'll eat the babies

Yea i know hes getting pretty beat up the bigger dempsey is so protective.. i can see the babys fins now and there spots there so cute
