There's good news and bad news. The ingredients in Jungle Ick medications are safe for marine fish however, they are not the most effective meds for saltwater ick. If this is one fish in the tank with a few spots, a freshwater dip and removal to a separate hospital tank where a copper based medication can be used at a proper level would be better.
If this is something that has been coming and going onto the fish, the main tank is now infested so it needs to either be treated or all the fish removed for a period of no less than 4-6 weeks so that any new trophonts have no food source and die off naturally from starvation.
