the differance between a mantis and a pistol shrimp by the sound of it's clicks?

I have had a mantis before and he seemed to click in a non uniform pattern with multiple clicks at a time. Now I'm hearing two consecutive clicks at a time. click,click and then nothing for sometimes an hr or more.

I hope i'ts not a mantis. if it were just my imagination that would be great. As I have alot more rock to drag out (than before) if it is.

I've had both in Species tanks and I can't tell the difference in the snaps unless I'm looking at them.
