How much and how often should I feed my Regal Tang?

My Regal Tang has been in the QT for 4 days now. I bought some seaweed and also some frozen VHP cubes for her. I read that she should have some of the seaweed daily, is this true? How often should I feed her the frozen food? A whole cube seems like way too much for her. What do you think?

She doesn't seem to like eating the seaweed off the vegi clip yet - but if i break off tiny pieces she will eat them....
