They are zebra danios. They would be fine with shrimp and snails. You could comfortably add another 5 of the same species of glofish, or just some regular zebra danios if you prefer the natural look.
If you wanted to add 10 snails, I would look at nerite snails. They will lay eggs, but the eggs won't hatch in freshwater, so you don't have to worry about them breeding and overpopulating the aquarium. Or you could get 4 or 5 mystery snails, these will breed and lay eggs sacks above the water line, so make sure you remove the sacks if you see them. Or 5 nerites and 2 mystery snails if you wanted variety.
If you wanted to add some shrimp, I would look at red cherry shrimp. Start with 10 shrimp, they will probably breed, but the danios will eat most of the shrimplets. Some will probably survive though and you could get a growing population. They would benefit from a bit more aquascape to hide in, some live plants, maybe a rock pile, some driftwood etc.
Snails and shrimp will both eat any left over food that the danios don't get at, but adding some vegetables like slices of blanched cucumber and zucchini would be good for them, algae wafers. Something like hikari crab cuisine contains important minerals for healthy shells and carapace.
