How much to feed Yellow Tang

My Yellow Tang is relatively new in my tank (2 weeks) and has been doing well. I have been feeding flakes, Brine Shrimp (Aqua Yums), and green marine algae (ocean nutrition). I usually put a piece of the seaweed/algae on the clip daily and he tears into it immediately and devours in <5min. I thought they were supposed to gradually graze on this over a period of hours not devour.

Am I underfeeding him?? I lost my last Tang due to starvation and I want to make sure that this one is getting enough to eat.

They are a high-energy fish and require much more food than the typical angelfish or Clownfish.

Feed it as much as it will eat all day long.

i kept the green sea weed on a clip all day and kept refilling for him
